Job Description What You'll Do: You are expected to manage and grow Kwik’s existing marketing partnerships, you will be responsible for the relationship management and partnership growth of all existing and future marketing partners. You will find/create opportunities to collaborate and co brand with partners The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an analytical approach in decision making and a true sales-focused mentality to communicate and earn support for partner growth initiatives. Through grit, humility, and persistence, you bring strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking and sound business judgment, along with the ability to think about what is – and what could be. Key Result Areas Partnership: Identify, coordinate, recruit, on-board, enable and manage partners and create partnership opportunities.; Plan and execute strategic partner marketing campaigns, identifying co-branding opportunities Deploy industry and client specific business solutions and attractive offers to proffer disruptive and bespoke propositions which potentially positions Kwik to its customers as the preferred partner Create proposals and presentations to enable and partnership opportunities, follow-up on conversations and processes Deliver revenue goals from existing partnerships, identify best practices and incorporate new ideas for partnership building, keeping a great ongoing relationship with new and existing partners and offering new ways to grow the partnership Drive influencer and affiliate marketing activities; Organizing events, trade shows, and conferences Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches to help market and position Kwik to attract partners Seek new opportunities for all the verticals and harness existing relationships through customer engagement directed towards improving operational efficiency, driving revenue optimization and mutual value creation. Monitor and report marketing trends; conduct competitive analysis and researches at all times. Communications: Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the company at all times. Respond to media inquiries online and offline, managing and coordinating external and internal communications flow Develop and implement creative marketing and communication strategies for partners, programs, and new products Drive Integrated Marketing Communications strategy development and implementation. Monitor company websites, manage assigned social media accounts, and orchestrate digital content strategies across all platforms Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged at all times across all channels, including digital. Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant internal and external developments Accountable for all influencer marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, lead generation, sales and customer retention. Support in writing compelling, high-quality content, developing social media and blog content calendars, and share content through various channels, ensuring strong online presence Collaborate with internal and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience. All other tasks assigned by your line manager. Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of marketing and communications experience; including social media management Previous experience in customer experience management BA / B.Sc Degree qualification (preferably in Marketing, Media, Communications or Journalism) Experience in media relations and in developing all types of contents for social media, press, radio, video etc. is desired Excellent writing, verbal, presentation, research and project management skills; Experience in writing strong and compelling email and ad Previous experience in influencer and partnership marketing within an agency is an added advantage Good knowledge of marketing techniques; attention to detail and accuracy; familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising, events and offline campaigns.
