JD for BDM of Payment Partnerships, Payment/Billers Orientation 1. Consistently seek for potential opportunities of any partnerships for scaling/expanding Palmpay’s payment Ecosystem in 2 verticals: Payment Orientation for the financial network (NIBSS/Aggregators/Banks/Gateway etc.) Billers Orientation for both online/offline business scenarios Deal the Win-Win business mode with each partner, all rates and costs of any partnership should be competitive in the industry. Build up the timely and effective communication channels (IM group chat) with related shareholders for each partnership/project, make sure all feedbacks of request/demand could be solved in the first time. Cooperate with internal resources/dept., create and follow up the seamless SOP work flow, make sure the onboarding process of new partners is been done with high efficiency; Monitor onboarded partner’s transaction status, coordinate externally and internally to resolve any issue occurred with quick response. Develop new and innovative ways to attract the potential partners. Periodic visits to partners to maintain the good cooperation relationship. Job Requirement Hnd/Bsc in social sciences or related field of study. Not less than three (3) years proven experience in BD manager position at payment companies, banks, and/or partnership manager ideally focused on the payment segment working with key stakeholder. This is a prerequisite. Comprehensive understanding of e-wallet and payment business, great understanding of agency banking and merchant scenarios. Extremely flexible, result oriented, hardworking with a strong track record of success. Good at drafting business/product/service proposal, delivering presentation, negotiating commercials and driving the conversation on the right track. Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed channel target. Able to analyze data and channel statistics and translate results into numbers and solutions.
